Guide – Reschedule a Session (Change Date)

Step-by-step Instructions

1) Change the session date

  1. Open the session edit form.
  2. Update the start date with the new schedule.
  3. Save your changes.

2) Verify the new date

  • In the session list, the old date will appear crossed out.
  • The new date will display to the right, confirming the change.

3) Notify participants

  1. Open the updated session Actions button.
  2. Click Reschedule Notification to send an official email to registered participants.

Tips

  • Always check that the new date does not overlap with other sessions.
  • Notify trainers as well as participants for proper coordination.
  • Keep a record of the notifications sent for future reference.
