Step-by-step Instructions
1) Change the session date
- Open the session edit form.
- Update the start date with the new schedule.
- Save your changes.
2) Verify the new date
- In the session list, the old date will appear crossed out.
- The new date will display to the right, confirming the change.
3) Notify participants
- Open the updated session Actions button.
- Click Reschedule Notification to send an official email to registered participants.
Tips
- Always check that the new date does not overlap with other sessions.
- Notify trainers as well as participants for proper coordination.
- Keep a record of the notifications sent for future reference.
