1) Change the session date

  • Open the session for editing.
  • Change the start date according to the new schedule.
  • Be sure to save your changes.

2) Verify the new date

  • In the session list, the old date will appear crossed out — example.
  • The new date will appear on the right, confirming the update.

3) Notify participants

  • Inform participants about the date change.
  • Click the Postponement notification option to send an official communication.

  • After saving, refresh the session list page to confirm the crossed‑out old date and the new date display.
