Step-by-step Instructions

Priority Rules for Display

  1. No duration displayed for items classified as “article.”
  2. Priority 1: Cumulative hours entered manually in the Details / Session tab.
  3. Priority 2: Duration entered in the Course tab (used if no duration is set in Details / Session).
  4. Priority 3: Automatic calculation based on:
    • Session start and end dates
    • Number of hours per day specified

Tips / FAQs

Practical Tip: For a total course length of 6 hours, you can set the schedule in Details / Session as follows:

  • 9:00 to 12:00 (3 hours)
  • 13:00 to 16:00 (3 hours)

This allows for a more precise display and better schedule distribution.
