Using Session Tags

Summary

What is a session tag? The Tag feature lets you create invitations that bundle multiple sessions into a single shopping cart. By adding the same keyword (tag) in the settings of different sessions, they are linked together to simplify navigation and enrollment.

Step-by-step Instructions

1) Add a tag to a session

  • Open the session for editing.
  • In the settings, add the same tag to every session you want to bundle.
  • Replace AAA with your training domain.
  • Replace BBB with the tag name you used.

Tip: Share this link with your audience. When they click it, they will see all sessions grouped under that tag in their cart.

Using tags in the eCatalog

  • Tags appear in the eCatalog as a dropdown list of keywords to speed up search.
  • They are also included in the Search criteria bar.

Bonus

You can reuse the search-generated link on your website. All sessions with that tag will automatically be grouped.

  • Use short, clear tags (e.g., “safety‑2025”) to make links easy to share.
  • Avoid special characters in tags if using them directly in URLs (stick to letters, digits, and hyphens).
