Add 2nd Partner Price

Summary

Purpose: This option lets you add a second partner price to session pricing. Partner Price 2 applies to participants affiliated with a company associated to a “public” banner linked to this price.

Step-by-step Instructions

1) Create an Affiliation Type for Partner Price 2

  • Set the Company Type to Public.

2) Create a Banner associated to Partner Price 2

  • When creating the banner, check “Partner Price 2”.
  • Select the previously created banner to assign it to this price.

3) Manually assign the Banner to a Company (by the registrar)

  • Open the Company menu.
  • Edit the company information and set the banner.

4) Enable Automatic Affiliation for Partner Price 2

  • When creating their account, the participant can select their affiliation in the Banner Affiliation field.

Tips / FAQs

  • Ensure the Affiliation Type is set to Public so Partner Price 2 applies correctly.
  • Use the banner to define eligibility: only companies attached to that banner get Partner Price 2.
  • Tell participants how to select their Banner Affiliation during account creation to receive the discounted price.
