Guide – Online Registration and Payment (Participant)

This guide explains how to register for a training session online using the catalog, complete the payment, assign participants, and access the user profile.

Step-by-step Instructions

1) Access the catalog

  • Go to the ecatalog.
  • You can search for a course by category, region, or date, or browse the calendar.

2) Choose a course

  • Select the desired course in the catalog or using the search tool.
  • A detailed description page will display with information such as trainer bio, promotional videos, and reviews.
  • Click Register to begin the process.

3) Manage the cart

  • Specify the number of registrations you need.
  • Use the cart options to remove a course or empty the cart.
  • Click Checkout to continue.

4) Identification

  • If you already have a profile: log in with your email and password.
  • If you don’t have a profile: create one by completing the required fields.

5) Review and payment

  • Check your order summary.
  • Adjust the number of participants if necessary.
  • Click Pay to finalize your purchase.

6) Assign students

  • After purchase, assign each registration to a participant.
  • You can choose an existing student or enter details for a new student.
  • A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the assigned participant.

7) Access the user profile

  • Log in with your email and password.
  • Your profile displays purchased courses, enrolled students, invoices, certificates, and notifications.
  • Online courses and grades are available here as well.

8) Access a course as a student

  • There are three options:
    • Personal link in the confirmation email.
    • Login with email and password.
    • Access key provided in the confirmation email.

9) View your certificate

  • Once the course is completed, click View Certificate to download or print your diploma in the MyRegistrations menu.

Tips

  • Add your access links to your bookmarks for quick access.
  • Keep your access keys and confirmation emails for future reference.
  • Ensure your profile information is accurate to receive official documents.
